This is for current students who have not previously registered with the Disability & Inclusive Practice Service. It will give us the initial information needed to assess how best the University can support your studies. 
 
After registering, we will contact you with further information about how we can support you. If you have any queries at this point, you can contact us or arrange to have a chat with a Disability & Inclusive Practice Advisor to discuss potential support. We have a drop in help desk for general advice during term time and bookable appointments throughout the year.
 
All information provided will be treated as personal sensitive data in accordance with current Data Protection Regulations. In addition to your registration, we will need you to send us  evidence of your condition. An Inclusive Learning Support Plan (ILSP) will then be created for you which you will be asked to review. You will need to agree to share your ILSP before it will be made available to staff involved in arranging your support. You will have the opportunity to query your ILSP before agreeing to share and can remove your sharing consent at any time.
